I am a single quiet 50yo lady, requiring permanent rental AC in newcastle. I am good at weeding gardens and maintenance(curtains, repairs, filling wall gaps etc)
I am on a pension and have been paying rent in an old place  sydney for the last six years. I could share if there is enough space from the other person, ie, if you have a 3br place, I could take in a student and be responsible for rental . or, if you are an older couple  with extra space like a separate garden flat who may need a a hand around your  home.
