My fiance and I are looking for a house or unit in Newcastle or its surrounding suburbs.  We are both employed, have references and are able to pay a bond for the property.  Ideally rent would be up to $270 per week for a house or to $200 per week for a unit. 
 
If an outside pet is permitted that would be a bonus (our dog is currently staying in QLD with family. He has a reference as well.) however if no pets are allowed that will still be okay as we will just delay bringing our dog down.  If you have something suitable please contact me at your earliest convenience.
