Semi- tropical garden, large back porch, Air-conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 over-looking the garden, ample parking, fully furnished, and cosy. The house is worth more to rent, but I am going away next week, and would just like a nice, easy-going and sensible person/s who will love my home while I am away, and hopefully make it feel as if it is their home during their stay!
