Gay friendly sharehouse wanted in Newcastle!

My name is Levi, I'm an openly gay 19 yr old male with a full time job in retail.

I'm looking to move out (of home) in order to live closer to my job, gain some independence, get a feel for it and meet some cool new people,

Looking for some fun, laid back but responsible and reasonably tidy roomies (perhaps this is a contradiction). A house of 2-4 (male or female) under 30 would ideal.

Also looking for a share house that is clean, relatively modern, tidy, mostly unfurnished... Perhaps around Hamilton, Kotara or perhaps even Merewether (tho I dont like my chances of finding somewhere cheap).

At this stage im just looking, unless something really jumps out.
Reguardless I'd like to still meet and perhaps even exchange thoughts/experience/advice.

About me;
- I dont smoke, I like living healthy and looking after myself and others
- Im geeky but always up for a good laugh or chat
- I have funny OCDs, and like things tidy or ordered, but am not pedantic bout it
- I like to cook occasionally (i accept that this will become a chore lol)
- I like creativity
