Hi I'm a 23yr single gal, non-smoker, clean and organised. I'm after a flatmate that would be interested in moving to cooks hill,Newcastle area in a modern apartment. I do have a cat that would have to tag along for the ride but promise she is harmless and would  just sleep at the end of my bed.
I'm looking at more modern,upmarket apartments around the $350 per week so that would work out at $175 each for a really nice place, including parking ,pool etc. If any one is interested please drop me a line. I would be keen to hear from you. :)
