We currently have a room for rent in a 3 bed town house. Located just behind Darby Street! Two storey, with bathroom upstairs and seperate toilet down stairs. Two lounge rooms, small courtyard with bbq. House is completely furnished apart from bedroom. Rent is $120 + adls (bout $20 a month) and water/elec split.

Bedroom is large with built-ins and fan. Easily fits double/queen bed. No off street parking but you can buy a parking ticket for about $50 for the year.

Will be sharing with a guy (23) and girl (24) couple. Both working and studying. We are looking for someone who's similar age, easy to get along with and not a total party animal but enjoys having a good time! You need to be planning on staying till atleast mid next year (as the last 3 ppl have stayed about 2 months each! Nothing to do with us tho! Just had other jobs come up!) So no time wasters please!

The room is not avaliable till the end of November/start of december, but if needed earlier we might be able to work something out!
