Hey guys,

I currently live in a gorgeous 3 bedroom, well-kept house in Hamilton and am moving on the 30th of November to Victoria so my room will be up for grabs. The house is shared with a 24 year old female and a 35 year old male but neither are home very often. The house is kept clean, tidy and is a relaxing environment a short stroll from Beaumont street and the Broadmeadow race course. I am looking for someone to take my room as close to my moving out date as possible. No bond is required other than 1 weeks worth of rent in advance. Do not need to be put on lease and only requirement is to fill the room before moving out.
