I'm looking for a clean, tidy and fun loving housemate to share a brand newly rennovated house in Carrington, really close to the harbour and marina, and just opposite the main shops and restaurants in Carrington.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, but I only want to share with one other person, so there is a bit of space. However if there are two people looking for somewhere I would consider it for the right people.
There is plenty of off street parking, both in the long drive way and also there is a park opposite with ample parking spaces there too.
Also suit someone without a car as it is a very short walk into town and close to the free bus route at Honeysuckle.
There are two brand new bathrooms, with high quality fittings, and also a brand new kitchen with gas cooking & dishwasher.
I'm pretty flexible with dates, I'll be moving in on the 11th November so any time after then is fine. Can negotiate rent, likely around the $160/wk mark.

I work as a sustainability consultant at GHD in Honeysuckle. My main hobbies are surfing and fishing. I love to cook, and I'm very fun loving and social. Work pretty hard too. Easy to get along with, not much of a neat freak or anything but I do like to keep the place tidy, mainly the kitchen.
