I'm an easy going 29YO who works full time - I'm not a crazy cat lady!
The house is neat, tidy and fully furnished with all necessary appliances etc.
The household is relaxed and quiet as I prefer to socialise away from home.
Shopping and transport close by - Glendale SuperCentre only a short walk.
The room for rent is unfurnished with built in robes (bed available if needed).
Electricity and water is included in the rent.
