2 Rooms available in Merewether townhouse.

Hi , I have 2 rooms available mid November in modern townhouse just short walk to shops pubs and beach. The unit is two storey, with two bathrooms and three toilets, in modern complex of four units. Large room with walk in and ensuite @ $150 wk and normal room @ $130 wk is carpeted with built-in and north-easterly aspect. I am seeking 2 housemate(s) working full time, relatively quiet, clean, respectful and reliable preferably around 26 to 36yrs (or close to it ) to share with similar age housemate.  I am seeking a female housemate(s) as i have found they generally meet the above and bring a more relaxed vibe to the house.(Will also consider couple to share both rooms as i have done this previously..)  The house is furnished, but you need stuff for your room !
