I have (sadly) up for sale, my beloved Rancilio Miss Silvia espresso machine - which is need of a new loving good home
 
If you're looking for an authentic Italian semi-automatic professional espresso machine that's set to last for the aeons to come, then you have to look no further than the Rancilio Miss Silvia. 
 
in all its brushed stainless steel glory, it will undoubtedly bring you the highest quality espresso coffee reproducible from your very own home, for years and years and years (and earn you a few desirous envious glances from your friends !  )
 
I've had it now for about three years, but has only been used about a dozen times.  It's still all in the original box, with original manual and even original styrofoam !
Features of the Silvia are as follows: 
  • iron supporting frame
  • body & control panel in satin stainless steel
  • 300mL brass boiler
  • commercial group head
  • 2L removable water tank
  • 3-way solenoid valve
  • stainless steep drip tray & grate
  • coffee, steam and safety thermostats
  • 15 bar pump pressure - heavy duty pump system

Other features include:
  • Brass Parts - includes a brass boiler, brass lines, and a chromed brass grouphead.
  • Removable Water Reservoir - 2 litre capacity removable water reservoir can be removed for filling or topping up whilst the machine is running.
  • Commercial Grouphead - produces consistent shots for proper extraction. The heavy chrome plated portafilter and filter baskets (size 58mm), are identical to the ones used in the Rancilio commercial line
  • Cup Storage  - heated stainless steel cup stacking surface
  • Removable Drip and Cup Tray - for easy cleaning
  • Instant Hot Water - for tea, coffee and other hot beverages.
Really need to sell it because I hate to see it not being used =(
 
Everyone's got a Breville / Sunbeam / Kenwood / etc etc 'coffee machine' from bing lee .... what you really want is a solid italian classic
