We think this plant is called a Chinese Happy Plant.
I seen one at a nursery and it was quite dear just for a small clipping, so $50 for this size in a pot is quite reasonable.
There is no base for this pot but they are only cheap to buy.
This plant does not like the sun, goes well indoors with some light
