 This machine i bought new in Jan 07 it is a Compaq Presario SR1148AN that has been UP-GRADED. This machine is faster than any Pentium 4 Avaliable.

The motherboard has on-board sound , video, 4x USB2 ports, 2 x LAN connectors, headphone USB and speaker jacks front and back.
 Firewire Slot. This PC is ready to be used for SATA hdd's.

This PC comes loaded with windows. Ships with a monitor Keyboard and mouse. Everything you need to get going.
