I'll lay the cards on the table - my son and I are after someone who can keep our house tidy, do the laundry and maybe make a meal every now and then.
 
In exchange, we have a room available for free accommodation.
 
Exact arrangements could be negotiated but preferably looking for someone who may go away on weekends or for periods of time so we all have our own space. Or maybe you are travelling by and want somewhere to stay for a little while? As I say, we could work all this out.
 
It's just him and I - and we need a little help. Worth posting as this arrangement may suit someone out there.
