- You are AT THIS MOMENT ready, willing and able to migrate to Australia on a Business 'Permanent Resident' Visa with your family;
- You are an experienced senior Indian cook with at least more than 5 years experience in quality Indian cusine preparation, preferably with hotel-grade experience, and between 45-54 years of age;
- You have sufficient assets (about AUD300K - 400K) to qualify for the grant of a business PR Visa;
- You are willing to buy a partnership share (valued at between AUD50K-100K) in an existing, licensed, Indian restaurant in Perth Western Australia where you will be working as the main chef earning between AUD40K-50K per year;
- If you have a wife or partner, she will be working in the dining room as the main waitress and earning between AUD15K-20K per year;
- You can satisfy the English language requirements for migration to Australia
